While a designer at Biaggi’s, I collaborated on the ground-up building of their new restaurant concept, Ancho and Agave, in Bloomington, IL.
Influenced by the vibrant culture of Mexican barrios, Ancho and Agave’s casual, lively space is filled with distressed materials, eclectic lighting and colorful furniture. Effective use of the restaurant’s large footprint allows for a range of spaces for customers to dine, each with its own personality. In the warmer months, the patio provides ample outdoor seating for families and taco-lovers alike.
